Jason J. Belice, Esq.

Jason has been a Corporate and Real Estate Attorney for 25 years and brings with him a wealth of experience in legal and fund management to InvestTrek. Throughout his career, he has prepared and closed over $10 billion in private placement Regulation D securities offerings. While contributing to the success of InvestTrek, Jason founded and currently serves as the Managing Partner of Belice, Inc., a boutique law firm located in La Jolla, California and Victor, Idaho specializing in real estate, real estate finance, corporate, venture capital and wealth planning matters.

Jason is also proud to represent and act as outside general counsel for a national real estate sponsor that has acquired over $5.7 billion of real estate assets, with over 23 million square feet under management, across approximately 1,200 properties and diversified across 47 states, as well as several other large real estate sponsors. Prior to founding Belice, Inc., Jason was a partner at Californian law firm Jackson Tidus, a partner and the Chair of the Corporate and Securities Group at Beverly Hills-based law firm Raines Feldman, LLP, and a partner at then San Diego’s largest law firm, Luce, Forward, Hamilton and Scripps LLP. He also worked for six years as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group at Baker & McKenzie, one of the largest law firms worldwide.

Jason graduated from the School of Hotel Management at Cornell University and was the Food and Beverage Manager at two 200+ room resort hotels where he was responsible for managing the bars, restaurants, and banquet operations and responsible for over 100 employees at the resorts prior to attending law school. Jason is committed to faith based, charitable and philanthropic endeavors. He and his wife Mishelle started a new ministry in La Jolla and Idaho called UpperRoom Coastal Ministries. Jason is the Vice-Chairman of the Salvation Army’s San Diego Metropolitan Advisory Board, a Member of its Executive Committee, and the Chair of its Property Committee.

Jason received his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law (J.D., 1997) and his undergraduate degree in Finance from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY (B.S., 1991). He also spent a semester abroad at Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland.
