Established as a conventional investment firm led by a CEO, partners, and advisors, but with a visionary, forward-leaning approach to investment strategy.
As a forward-looking investment management company, our current focus spans start-up sports, property and conservation. We believe we have a growth platform at an opportunistic moment in time well suited to maximize opportunities to invest, manage those investments and generate high returns for investors.
Our investment philosophy focuses on established investment criteria and defined risk expectations. With a purposeful approach, we take responsible and understandable risk and decline opportunities that lack clarity or present risk outside of well defined boundaries.
Conservation Finance
WildCrest Fund: Income-producing real estate and conservation fund
We invest in commercial real estate with excess land holdings in iconic, nature-rich locations that promise strong economic returns and a positive impact through land conservation partnerships, sustainable operations in pristine environments and support for local jobs and community well-being. We believe that outstanding returns are available in locations with a planet-first, forward-thinking approach that’s at the heart of what InvestTrek Capital stands for.
The WildCrest Fund invests in resorts/hotels/motels, RV parks, glamping, timber and other income producing properties in iconic, ecologically significant locations. We both self-manage and partner with leading operators of facilities that meet our return and conservation requirements.
Commercial Real Estate
InvestTrek Opportunistic Real Estate Fund
We invest in opportunistic retail and industrial real estate opportunities suitable for lease to consumer sports and fitness enterprises. We target underutilized real estate and pair them with best-in-class tenants focused on consumer growth businesses that believe, like us, in sustainable business practices. From high growth racquet sports such as padel and pickleball, to soccer clubs, and from boxing gyms to other high demand, high growth businesses, we are always driven by what’s next. We focus on high return opportunities in markets with supply constraints. We also seek properties in high growth areas with multiple long term use and redevelopment possibilities.
