Alan Flatt

Alan is a business executive with decades of experience with some of the world’s largest financial institutions. In 2023, after years in leadership roles with both large and small companies, Alan became a co-founder of InvestTrek Capital which combines his passion for building businesses, skill for investing in people and projects, and a life long interest in sustainability.

Tim Schroeder

Tim is a co-founder of InvestTrek Capital after a successful run as an executive with both institutional and entrepreneurial commercial real estate firms. Over a 30-year career, Tim has co-founded a private real estate company focused on acquiring, renovating, and managing commercial real estate throughout the United States. Earlier in his career, he worked with some of the biggest names in real estate and management consulting, including CBRE, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Deloitte, where he advised clients on real estate operational and strategy issues.

Brian Calvert

Brian serves InvestTrek Capital with a deep knowledge of corporate structure, finance and legal knowledge which he uses to help identify opportunities and guide strategy. He is a seasoned professional with over 30 years’ experience working at the top end of the financial and management consultant industries. With a long and distinguished career, he is an expert in strategic planning, operations, corporate finance, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and complex financial structuring.

Jason J. Belice, Esq.

Jason has been a Corporate and Real Estate Attorney for 25 years and brings with him a wealth of experience in legal and fund management to InvestTrek. Throughout his career, he has prepared and closed over $10 billion in private placement Regulation D securities offerings. While contributing to the success of InvestTrek, Jason founded and currently serves as the Managing Partner of Belice, Inc., a boutique law firm located in La Jolla, California and Victor, Idaho specializing in real estate, real estate finance, corporate, venture capital and wealth planning matters.
